The small size - fits in a car park space and she's completely independent on LPG and battery lights, she can be run by one person or three if you're busy, she has everything onboard included, we loved being part of a supportive food truck community, the life-long friendships we've created, so so many laughs & good times, the freedom of our own schedule, attending lots of wonderful events ... the income (of course), the feeling of achievement, and the sweet taste of self - made success!
