TaCHs Stroopwafels Our Fresh Dutch Stroopwafels are baked by hand on a hot waffle iron. Just like on the markets in the Netherlands Stroopwafel: (STROPE VAH-Fuhl): N. Syrup Waffle.

To relive the experience of that first stroopwafel we tasted
on the streets of Amsterdam many years ago, we realized
we had to make them ourselves. We created the best recipe we had ever tasted. The secret:
Freshly baked on a hot-waffle iron at the crack of dawn by
using the best organic and local ingredients. A stroopwafel is a cookie made from two thin layers of
baked dough with c

aramel-like gooey treacle filling in
the middle. It’s the perfect breakfast, snack or dessert. They are divine when eaten cold but to really enjoy your
stroopwafel gently place it on the rim of your hot beverage. And now here’s the hard part:
Wait for 3 minutes for the aroma of cinnamon and brown
sugar to rise from the warming cookie. Finally ready one
side will be soft and slightly damp while the other side
retains its crispness. Take your first bite and there is no way back.
