Everything was handmade with love and everything was real food, nothing artificial, nothing processed. Nana Loves Real Food has been born from this memory. It is my intention to create a range of products that cater to health conscious people from all walks of life that are fed up with the amount of processed and artificial food available today. CTIVATED GRANOLA. Nuts and seeds are soaked and activated before being mixed with fruit, coconut, cinnamon, honey and vanilla and then dehydrated.
