Our philosophy is to serve fresh, simple, seasonal, regional Italian dishes daily. We honour the historic context of regional Italian cookery without culinary pretension. Experience the casual atmosphere and true flavours of traditional Italian ‘street eats’ and shared platters. Order from our evolving blackboard specials menu, with fish, meats and pastas available daily. Specials change regularly

so keep your eye on the board for delicious new dishes. The best way to eat at our Cucina though is to let the kitchen cook for you. With our ‘Menu Fisso’, Andre and the kitchen team decide daily what they’ll cook based on seasonality and freshness. You simply advise of any dietary requirements, then sit back and enjoy the culinary journey.

Polenta has fed northern Italy for centuries - stirred slowly in big pots, poured onto boards, sliced, grilled, fried. Humble, generous food that brings people to the table.

It had its time at the Polenta Bar on Frome Street in Adelaide - front and centre, as it should be. And now it’s back again with us at Gluttony.

Polenta chips - crisp on the outside, soft in the middle. The way they’ve been done in northern Italy for generations. Fried well, salted while they’re hot, and served with a chilli sugo that’s got just enough heat to keep you honest.
