Our Bass Hill Vineyard, just west of Auburn adds a range of exciting winemaking options with its 11 varieties planted across various soil types including the famous terra rossa red-brown clay and loam over limestone. With the 2019 vintage winemaker Con Moshos saw the greatness that these individual varieties could express on their own. The decision was made to release expressive wines that displayed the wonderful flavours and characteristics of these classic varieties are known for.
