Couldn’t go wrong with from matched with new season Spencer Gulf Prawns via . These tender prawns were sautéed in a rich herb butter and a couple of cubes of my prawn bisque, garlic, and dash of white wine, served atop the best dried al dente pasta, panfried cherry tomatoes. Simple quality products and along with local providores simply presented. Happy days here. #📸ag63

Amazing recipe from @conservasortiz Peruvian causa (Causa Limeña) with Conservas Ortiz Sardines, a way of introducing a Cantabrian product in a travelling recipe. Very simple and delicious. All you need is: yellow potato, lime, yellow chili, Ortiz Sardines, onion, avocado, mayonnaise and coriander. - Mash the potato, season it and prepare it as a base. - Mix the Ortiz Sardines with onion, homemade mayonnaise (tip: add the oil from the sardines to make it) and a touch of yellow chili for the filling. - Arrange in layers and garnish with avocado, sardines, botija olives and coriander. . . . . . . . . . . . .
