From travelling to Italy to study at the EVOO School and proudly becoming professional olive oil tasters, to loading up the van for Little Food Market in Melbourne, sharing long tables with incredible producers, chefs and friends. From the buzz of another epic Chefs Day to the joy, laughter and community of CheeseFest — every moment has reminded us why we do this.

And then… those wins.
Being awarded Best Extra Virgin Olive Oil in Show, plus Best Italian Variety and Best Greek Variety at the Australian International Olive Awards still feels surreal. To stand alongside the very best and be recognised at this level is something we’ll never take for granted.
