ile. Since 1972, the Caporaso family have been purveyors of the finest Italian produce, which began with smallgoods, cheeses and coffee. These items remain staples in Mercato’s Campbelltown store, along with house-made sauces and meals, Italian wine, and a wide range of pantry and specialty items. The Campbelltown store incorporates Bar Mercato, a quintessential Italian bar, and a vibrant meeting place for a morning espresso, house-made pastry, or a quick meal with friends. Colombe from Galup have arrived from Italy and are now in-store.

Galup, which means gluttonous and delicious in Piedmontese, have been making panettone and colombe for over a century. Using only the best ingredients - Piedmontese hazelnut, fresh eggs, fine wheat flour, fresh Italian milk, butter and candied fruit - with sourdough that has remained unchanged since 1922.
