Quest for the Ultimate Pie From Adelaide and beyond, your local guide in choosing the ultimate pie. I will rate all pies using my 5 pie system.

One pie point can be awarded for each category the bakers managed to nail. The categories are as follow, 1 pastry, 2 meat and finally 3 the gravy. If all categories are perfected the pie will be awarded with a fourth pie point. The fifth and final pie point can only be obtained if all three categories are executed perfectly and the baker has managed to exceed my highest expectations, this rating is virtually unobtainable.
