Truffle Classic! Truffle Brie. Make the real deal at home for an amazing result! 😍
Simply:
Slice your brie in half (this one is a 200g triple cream brie but any good brie will work well)
Slice or great your fresh truffles and layer through the creamy middle section.
Sandwich the halves back together & wrap in foil (or even the wrapper it came in)
Allow to sit in fridge for a couple days to infuse through (or even better, bake in the oven or airfryer for a few minutes)
Lastly serve with your favorite crackers or bread!
Amazing!
Fresh Truffle,
So easy & So good!
Enjoy!

Check these out! WA grown Bianchetto Truffles! These are like a cousin to the famous Alba White Truffles (so not exactly "White" Truffles as they are often spruiker by some in the industry) but a lovely addition to our range of fresh truffles at The Mushroom Man. Super rich, garlicky, oniony & almost cheesey in flavour they are definitely worth a try. As these are the 1st of this crop in WA we have no idea if they will be regularly available this season. Despite the lack of predictability this is too exciting not to share. Only a handful in store this week & for the sake of fairness only one per customer till we know we have regular supply...

Truffles + eggs = Heaven! 😍
One of the best and most popular ways to use fresh truffles is shaved on top of eggs. Scrambled, fried or poached truffled eggs are simply divine! So simple & sooo good. The Australian Truffle season is in full swing @ the Mushroom Shop now.
Enjoy!
