Primarily we supply beef, pork, lamb and chicken products. Please, don't hesitate to call or drop in - our friendly staff are available to discuss any specific requirements.

SAUSAGES: We make our sausages in natural casings. The most popular varities include the Italian Pork Chilli & Fennel, Italian Continental and South African Boerewors. Other varieties include Cevapcici, Steak, Butchers Own and Aussie BBQ.
STEAKS: We stock prime cuts from various local suppliers. MSA standard (guaranteed tenderness) meat is often available. We also supply South American style cuts - asado, matambre etc.
ROASTS: Seasoned or plain, we roll premium quality veal, pork and lamb roasts.
CHICKEN: Free Range whole chickens and chicken pieces are available most days - wings, drumsticks, breasts etc.
SMALLGOODS: A range of cold cuts from local and international suppliers are available - leg ham, salami, capicolo, prosciutto etc.
CHEESES: We stock a modest range of cheeses for slicing and grating - provolone, jarlsberg, parmigiano, cheddar etc.

We also supply a range of other products - Charcoal, Free range eggs, fresh ciabatta bread, pasta, taralli biscuits, oils, coffee, cold drinks and ice creams.
