When bad weather is forecasted, we choose to not going, because when we are out there it’s bot only the two of us but we got our kids 👦🏼 🧒 tagging along.
And this weekend is one of those days when we decide not going out.

But I’ll do some jajanan pasar (Indo Snacks) to be available on Saturday 28/2.
Keep an eye on my stories tomorrow what I’m making.
Pick up will be from Bedford Park or Daw Park.

Obviously this is kinda last minute, so what I’m making will be limited to how much ingredients available in my kitchen 😁 ✌🏻

It’s time to passed the baton to Ramadhan month 🌙

As we approach the Holy month of Ramadhan means it’s going to be Hari Raya or Lebaran or Eid soon!

It means times to start putting your orders in for some treats and cookies to companies your celebration or to send it as hampers to families and colleagues.

So here’s the details 📝

⭕️ I’m taking orders from NOW until 8th March. Once the order closed, I might have extras of the cookies but it’s not guarantee 🤷🏻‍♀️.
So you want to put your order NOW ✅

🛻 Pick Up and Delivery will start from 15th-20th March. Please DM for details of Pick Up Location. I also offer Delivery for minimum purchase of $75 to certain area (DM me to see if you are in my range of delivery 😉)

🎁 If you are sending this as a gifts, let me know and I’ll make a hamper from the selection of cookies you choose

NOW the selection of cookies I have this time :
* Pineapple tarts (Nastar) $17.5 (240gr)
* Nutella Cookies $16.5 (200gr)
* Cheese Stick Cookies (Kastangel) $15 (200gr)
* Cat Tongue Cookies (Lidah Kucing); Chocolate $14 , Matcha $15 (160gr)
* Cheese Sagoo Cookies (Sagu Keju) $15 (130gr)

I will also do Assorted sponge cake $17
size 22x10cm with a choice of flavour as follow :
- Pandan
- Purple Yam
- Chocolate
- Vanilla
- Mocha
2 toppings to choose Chocolate or Cheese or you can have both with +$1

The thing when I bake for myself, I can just add whatever comes to mind 😁
In Indonesia, some like to add cheese on their Nastar (pineapple tarts) to give that crunchy texture and a hint of saltiness in that sweet and sour flavour burst from the jam.

I normally prefer the original, but today meh.. I want something different 😅

But ofcourse gotta make half original, just incase my fussy kids decide they not fancy the one with cheese on top 😑

Yeay!! It’s finally done and ready to be distributed!!

Some of you already pick up and I have delivered to some of you too..
Some others I we have talk and made arrangements for pick ups or delivery..

Incase I miss anyone (I surely hope NOT) please DM me, don’t worry if you have pre ordered, be sure that I have baked it for you 😉

This is behind the scenes, the making of the STAR ⭐️ of all the festive cookies, the Pineapple Tart aka Nastar

The first 20 something seconds is the real time spent to roll 1 cookie ONLY, kept in mind there have been hours spent in preparing the pineapple jam and rolled it into small ball for faster process during rolling.
And that’s not include baking time (that takes hours 😅) and packing.

Thats why this Pineapple Tarts cost a lot, because of the labour and love put into creating this delicacy is no joke..
But a single bite, and it’s all worth it 🤤
