MACROS PER SERVE

INGREDIENTS (Makes 4)
- 500g Kangaroo mince
- 200g Cabbage, shredded
- 100g Carrot, grated
- 20g Spring onion, sliced
- 1 Tbsp Ginger Paste
- 2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
- 3 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 1 Tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 Tsp Rice Wine Vinegar
- 10g Crispy Chili In Oil (Lao Gan Ma)
- salt, pepper
- 160g (16) Wonton Wrappers
- 4 Tsp Chicken Broth

TOPPER
- 10g Crispy Chilli Oil
- 1 Tsp Sesame Seeds
- 20ml Light Soy Sauce
- 4 Tsp Chicken Broth
- spring onion

METHOD
1. In a bowl combine all ingredients except the wonton wrappers, chicken broth and topper ingredients.
2. To assemble, dip 1 wonton wrapper in chicken broth and place moist wonton wrapper at the bottom of each meal prep container, followed by a spoonful of mince, wonton wrapper, mince, wonton wrapper, mince, wonton wrapper.
4. Steam all 4 containers for 25minutes. (See video)
5. Garnish each with 1 tsp of chicken broth, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp of chilli oil, spring onions and sesame seeds.
6. Store in fridge for up to 4 days. Reheat when ready to serve.

Lean kangaroo sausage, crispy bacon, juicy onion, chopped pickles on a cheesy toasted bun !!

MACROS PER SERVE

INGREDIENTS (makes 4)
- 6 Kanga Bangas Sausages -ROO
- 4 Hot Dog Bread Rolls (Woolworths)
- 150g Bacon Style Pieces (Primo)
- 200g Brown Onion
- 100g Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
- 20ml Tomato Sauce
- 20ml Mild American Mustard
- 50g Burger Pickles (Byrne Co)
- Avocado Oil Spray

METHOD
1. Lightly spray a hot pan with oil and cook your kanga bangas, remove once cooked and dice.
2. In the same pan cook your bacon bits until crisp and golden, season with salt.
3. Finely dice onion, and cook until soft, add a splash of water to help keep moist when cooking.
4. For meal prep storing, add sausage, bacon and onion into a container. Store cheese and chopped pickles separately.
5. When ready to eat, add cheese to the hot dog bun, toast in air fryer. Place your fillings into the microwave and assemble onto melted cheese bun, top with chopped pickles.

Make the switch for the whole family 💞

For the carrot wrap:
✅ 1 large grated carrot
✅ 40g light tasty shredded cheese- can also add 1 egg if desired
✅ Season to your liking

- Spread flat onto a lined tray
- Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for about 12-15 mins or until golden brown and cheese has melted
- Let it cool and fill with K-Roo meat and fillings of choice
- Top with your fave sauce
