INGREDIENTS (Makes 4)
- 500g Kangaroo mince
- 200g Cabbage, shredded
- 100g Carrot, grated
- 20g Spring onion, sliced
- 1 Tbsp Ginger Paste
- 2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
- 3 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 1 Tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 Tsp Rice Wine Vinegar
- 10g Crispy Chili In Oil (Lao Gan Ma)
- salt, pepper
- 160g (16) Wonton Wrappers
- 4 Tsp Chicken Broth
TOPPER
- 10g Crispy Chilli Oil
- 1 Tsp Sesame Seeds
- 20ml Light Soy Sauce
- 4 Tsp Chicken Broth
- spring onion
METHOD
1. In a bowl combine all ingredients except the wonton wrappers, chicken broth and topper ingredients.
2. To assemble, dip 1 wonton wrapper in chicken broth and place moist wonton wrapper at the bottom of each meal prep container, followed by a spoonful of mince, wonton wrapper, mince, wonton wrapper, mince, wonton wrapper.
4. Steam all 4 containers for 25minutes. (See video)
5. Garnish each with 1 tsp of chicken broth, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp of chilli oil, spring onions and sesame seeds.
6. Store in fridge for up to 4 days. Reheat when ready to serve.
