We’ve got these stunning Rump Caps and Beef Short Ribs from our mates at 36° South Beef 🐂
Proper restaurant quality, MSA graded, and all raised down in SA’s Coonawarra wine region. Big flavour, super tender, and perfect with a red 🍷

Day 1 for Bbq & Brew Throwdown !

EPIC !

As a local butcher, I get to see some pretty amazing food every day—but being lucky enough to sit on the judging panel for this BBQ event was something special.

These BBQers absolutely brought their A-game. Epic steaks, unbelievable desserts, and quite possibly the best wings I’ve ever eaten… ever. 🔥🍗

One of the best parts of the day was catching up with some of the legends of the South Australian and Australian competition BBQ community. It’s always great talking meat, fire, flavour, and sharing ideas with people who are just as passionate about quality food as we are.

To top it all off, we wrapped up the day with a couple of in-house pale ales. 🍻

A huge thank you to everyone involved for putting on such a fantastic event.

Awesome day, can't wait for day 2 💚
