We’ve got a film crew coming to the shop this Wednesday morning, and we’d love to showcase some of the amazing people, clubs and businesses we’re lucky enough to work with.

That includes the clubs we sponsor and support, as well as the cafes and food businesses we proudly supply. 🙌

Righto, so I won't keep harping on about these snags....
(Yeah right!)

But!
On Friday we received our Australian Meat Industry Council SA Sausage King Comp - Critical feedback - from a panel of industry experts.

Moroccan lamb top of its class 🏆 category champion.

Malay satay top of its class 🏆 category champion.
Closely followed by Hot Honey Chicken ...
which is wild taking the top 2 spots 😳

Our Hot Italian finished tied at the top of the Continental class which then went to a 2nd round of judging to determine category champion.
Unfortunately, we narrowly missed out on a 3rd catering champion in our first year but super happy regardless!

We've been pretty much making sausages everyday since we announced the results, the demand has been huge and a big thanks to everyone thays travelled far and wide to sample our snags 🙏

What a month it’s been at Brian’s Butcher Shop!

2 birthdays, A shoutout from the PM,
1 Gala Event, 9 Gold Standard Medals,
5 Silver Standard Medals, 2 Category Champions!
& many late night sausage making sessions 😅

A huge thank you to everyone who continues to support our little family butcher. Every purchase, recommendation, like, comment and share means the world to us.
