Garfish on toast

• 4 garfish fillets dusted with lemon chilli powder and Tasman Sea Salt
• capsicum pesto
• 6 green olive chopped
• fresh basil leaves
• 4 slice’s haloumi lightly fried with lemon juice
• 4 slices ciabatta drizzled with garlic infused olive oil lightly browned in pan

Spread the capsicum thickly on the toasted bread top with three basil leaves and some of the green olives.
Cook the garfish in garlic infused olive oil place onto the toast and top with haloumi a little more olive and basil
Dinner in under 15mins for 2

Big Macs at home

1/2 cup Mayo
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp mustard (I would personally only use one next time, little bit too tangy for me)
2 tbsp diced pickles
2 tbsp diced onions
1tsp paprika
1tsp onion powder
Salt pepper to taste
Let it sit in the fridge a few hours
This amount makes enough sauce for about 4 of these.
