Our kitchens are quietly crafting menus built around quality ingredients, thoughtful cooking and flavours worth lingering over. From slow breakfasts and relaxed lunches to cosy dinners by the coast, every dish is made by chefs with a passion for good food.

This week, you'll find premium burgers, perfectly grilled steaks, fresh seasonal plates and breakfast favourites, alongside pantry ingredients from Providore 1885 woven throughout the menu.

Guided by European-trained natural perfumer Zhanna, you’ll explore the fascinating world of botanical fragrance before blending your own completely unique natural perfume from scratch.

Discover fragrance families, top, heart and base notes, rare botanical ingredients and the powerful connection between scent, memory and mood. You’ll leave with your bespoke 10ml perfume, your personal formula and the knowledge to continue exploring natural perfumery at home.
