Hi I am Quentin, a Brazilian Trained Chef from Adelaide, Australia! My Brazilian wife Andrea and I are recreating Authentic Brazilian recipes for everyone to come and enjoy! We have started with a Brazilian favourite....Churrasco! Brazilian bbq beef or Chicken served with tomato salsa, savoury rice and ground Manioc. In the coming weeks and months we will introduce other wonderful food!
