Hi I am Quentin, a Brazilian Trained Chef from Adelaide, Australia! My Brazilian wife Andrea and I are recreating Authentic Brazilian recipes for everyone to come and enjoy! We have started with a Brazilian favourite....Churrasco! Brazilian bbq beef or Chicken served with tomato salsa, savoury rice and ground Manioc. In the coming weeks and months we will introduce other wonderful food!

It is with regret that Flavours of Brazil is no longer permitted to run a stall at the Market shed on Holland St. We have been informed by management of the Market shed that they have closed stalls outside the shed as well as some customers did not like that we sold meat at our stall so we are no longer permitted to trade there! We are currently looking for an alternative location to trade from but we are available for any bookings for catering. Contact via facebook please!

We are back this Sunday 9am till 3pm at the Market Shed, Holland st! Serving Brazilian BBQ beef or chicken (Churrasco), Bowls of Acai w/ Fresh fruit, Fresh baked cheese bread (Pao de Queijo) and new this week...Charcoal roasted corn on the cob w/ garlic butter! Delicia!
