Taste What’s Coming Next!

High in Victoria’s King Valley, Redbank has built its sparkling story around altitude, cool-climate fruit and the distinctive conditions of the Great Dividing Range.

At 650 metres above sea level, Redbank’s Myrrhee Ridge vineyard sits among some of Australia’s highest-altitude w**e country, on ancient volcanic soils and exposed to cool air sweeping down from the high country. Those warm days, cold nights and constant airflow help preserve the natural acidity and freshness that have become such a hallmark of the Redbank style.

And there’s another little twist to the story: Élevage is a French w**emaking term for the nurturing of a w**e from fermentation through to its finished form. At Redbank, the name carries a second meaning, referencing the elevation of the vineyards themselves.
