Literally spent half an hour just marvelling at the Beauty and Vibrancy of these epic Mushrooms by Whitsunday Mushrooms when I got them !!

So amazing ! Even did a little photo shoot, I couldn't help myself! 😄

Thank you for always providing the freshest, most delicious Mushrooms for my retreat menus, you two! My menu wouldn't be the same without them !

One of my favourite gigs over the past year has been catering for Christopher David's
True Nature Retreats.

It has been hands down, some of the most rewarding and soul nourishing work I'm blessed to have been entrusted with.

Nourishing the bodies of souls that have decided to detox from dis-ease and reacquintance themselves with ease, health and heart centredness, never gets old!

I love watching their hesistance as they enter the space, knowing full well how much I'm going to love watching their new-found confidence as they leave.

That's just it:

Christopher leaves people better than he finds them.

He just has that uncanny natural knack.

Just as I leave people fuller than I find them!

Even outside my Ecstatic Eats venture...
Food, more than words, has always been my love language.

& between the two of us, between True Nature Retreats & Ecstatic Eats, we certainly create magic!

Nature = Art!

One of my favourite parts of working with so many plants, is finding the intricate, immaculate patterns in Mother Nature's bounty. There's so much beauty to be had if only we slow down and give ourselves the eyes to see. 🥬
