Today was the last day for Bessie the beast smoko truck in Airlie for a little while 😕
Tomorrow (Tuesday) will be the same, final smoko run for Prossy also.

While we navigate family commitments, while juggling our other Trilogy businesses we have parked her up for a few weeks.
It's not a goodbye but a see you soon 😎

Our Big4 Cafe is still in full swing and while we are still pushing out the HEAT & EAT range as much as possible, this will also be back in full swing in the next couple of weeks with some added exciting news 🙃

Craving our Homemade steak pies? They can also be ordered and picked up in our frozen bundles.

Thank you all for coming out and supporting our little smoko run and remember its not a goodbye, its a see you soon.

You guys may have noticed a little less activity from Team Trilogy over the last month 💜 Mel’s Dad was diagnosed with Pancreatic cancer on Saturday 27th June and Mel has been travelling back to her hometown to support him in his fight.

In September Mel will be walking 78km for Pancreatic Cancer research…….Wish her luck 🏃🏻‍♀️‍➡️

Café Trilogy is on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced team member to join our vibrant café, working 2 to 3 days per week. If you have a passion for café cooking, coffee making, and customer service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of café menu
items.

• Craft coffee beverages.

• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

• Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the café space.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in café cooking and coffee making.

• Strong customer service skills.

• Local candidates only; this position is not suitable for 88-day visa job seekers.

• Willingness to obtain RSA, food handling certifications, and a blue card is highly regarded.

Working Hours:

• 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM
