✨ EXCITING NEW FLAVOURS HAVE ARRIVED AT FREQUENCIES! ✨

We’re so excited to welcome Sara, our talented new chef from Italy, to the Frequencies family! 🇮🇹👩‍🍳

Sara brings years of experience in gourmet cooking, a genuine passion for beautiful food and all the warmth and flavour of her Italian heritage—so you already know it’s going to be delicious!

She’ll be bringing fresh ideas to our kitchen and introducing new gourmet salads every week, made with colourful ingredients, fresh herbs and plenty of love.

This week’s creations include:

🍉 Watermelon Salad
A refreshing combination of juicy watermelon, cherry tomatoes, creamy feta cheese, fresh basil, mint, salt and cracked pepper. It’s light, vibrant and absolutely perfect for a warm Whitsunday day.

🍝 Italian-Inspired Pasta Salad
A colourful and satisfying pasta salad filled with fresh vegetables, herbs and delicious Mediterranean flavours. Perfect for a fresh lunch, a quick bite or something wholesome to enjoy on the go.

But that’s not all! Our cabinet is now filled with even more delicious options for your morning, lunch or afternoon treat.

Our delicious croissants are prepared fresh daily, with flavours including:
