This season, join us at the Cellar Door for a refined Gin Tea experience celebrating the art of craft gin, seasonal flavours, and beautifully considered pairings.

Discover the Giniversity range through a guided tasting of four signature creations, including our current flagship gin and liqueur fusion, Gincello.

Complementing the tasting is a thoughtfully curated Gin Tea selection, designed to pair perfectly with each pour. Enjoy an array of sweet and savoury delights, from savoury tartelettes to chocolate éclairs, accompanied by your choice of tea or coffee.

In celebration of the Maritime Festival, we invite you to experience the craft behind Limeburners Single Malt Whisky.

For a limited time, until the end of the month, we are offering a complimentary Albany Distillery Tour on the edge of Princess Royal Harbour.

Join us for an exclusive, behind-the-scenes journey through the art of single malt whisky production — from malting the barley and fermentation through to the final spirit run.

Tours run daily at 11am. Bookings are essential, and places are limited.

Did you know that up to 80% of a whisky’s final flavour comes directly from the wood it matures in? On the edge of Princess Royal Harbour, our barrels are constantly breathing in the crisp, coastal Albany air, but it’s the cask profile that truly influences the final pour.

Take our Apera Cask as an example. Matured in ex-bourbon American oak barrels before being finished in an aged Apera cask, imparting flavours of honeycomb, burnt orange and maple sweetness.

Get up close with the process at our distillery. Every day we take a tour through the distillery, where you can learn all about the distillation process, and if you are lucky, watch the team in action.
