It’s a good start to the year. After three years of drought, the Minervois has water, and the nature - and our vineyards! - are happy. Since mid-December we’ve had around 500ml of rainfall, that’s nearly a year’s worth already for our region.

Wonderful news for our vines and a promising start for our 2026 wines.

Let’s hope it continues!
