Aramis Nemesis Cabernet Sauvignon 2018

"A very attractive Cabernet from McLaren Vale, from this special vintage. Under diam, just 1,236 (very heavy) bottles were made.

A deep red colour here, this is big and bold. There are notes of spices, aniseed, cassis, blackberries, to***co leaves and mild chocolate, with impressive oak integration.

There is good concentration with a fine line of acidity, focus, impressive length and sleek tannins.

The wine is still fresh and extremely persistent. It has already seen a good stint in the cellar, but it could easily handle another one, up to eighteen years, for those with the patience."

Looking for an easy weekend pairing? Dust off the weber or bbq!

We have notes of black fruits, licorice, florals and a flick of stone fruit. A focused, linear style, finely balanced, with silky tannins and very good length.
