Can we win the race against plastic? We think so.

On the eve of World Oceans Day (Sunday, 7 June), Ocean Protect and took over the field at halftime at the v Dragons game to engage thousands of fans in the fight against plastic pollution. Through the power of sport and storytelling, we highlighted how the plight of plastic pollution is holding us back (literally, just ask the lobster).

Our message was, and always will be, simple: plastic pollution is a serious threat to our marine life. But when communities, businesses and individuals work together, we can tackle the problem and turn the tide for healthier oceans.
