Next Sunday, Oktoberfest is taking over the brewery and we’re very much in the “you should probably sort your tickets now” stage.
Expect cold b**rs, big feeds, live music, games, steins, plenty of PROST-ing and the kind of Sunday that may require a slightly slower Monday morning. 😂

Meet Dean 🍺

Dean joined us as Head Brewer back in August, after spending years working with some pretty bloody impressive breweries and wineries.
And while yes, he’s insanely smart and knows his stuff when it comes to b**r, the thing we’ve loved most is the bloke behind it all.

He’s patient, he listens, he backs his team, and he genuinely cares. The kind of person who makes everyone around him better without carrying on about it.

He’s also annoyingly competent, which is handy when you’re in charge of making the b**r. 😂
We’re pretty lucky to have him and very excited to see what he keeps bringing to ASBC.

So if you’ve had a cracking b**r here lately, there’s a fair chance Dean had something to do with it. 🍻

Three tacos for $25 and not one of them is here to play nice. 🌮

We’ve loaded them up with chilli, garlic + lime chicken, fresh pico de gallo and all the good stuff, then decided the only reasonable thing to do was run them all week.

Fresh, punchy, messy enough to require a napkin strategy.
If you need us, we’ll be at the brewery pretending three is a sensible number to stop at. 🍺

Australian small businesses are copping a fair bit right now.
Costs are going up, margins are getting tighter, and there are plenty of changes happening behind the scenes that customers may never even see.

So I wanted to jump on and give you a quick update on what that means for us at Alice Springs Brewing Co. and Port Lincoln Brewing Co.
And, more importantly, what it means for you when you come through our doors.

We’re doing everything we can to keep the experience you know and love. So for the moment, there will be no changes to our prices and we will be absorbing these fees to do our part in keeping this community connected.

We still want to be the place you come for a cold b**r, a feed, live music, a catch-up with mates and all the good stuff in between.
