Fusion between a coconut mousse and a panna cotta. A fluffy panna cotta and mango curd in the middle !

And as it's fire season, I am working on a new one, The Smores tartlet!
Cookie crust base, dark chocolate mousse and homemade grilled marshmellow. (Of course everything is homemade ;) )
