Here we go pantry friends, the menu for this week's Warwick Farmers-Market Saturday 27th June 7am - 12 noon.

On the menu:
Classic sourdough $10
Sourdough New York Style or classic bagels $15 (4pk)
Sourdough pizza bases $7ea
Cinnamon scrolls with vanilla glaze $11 (2pk)
All Day Brekky Bars $12 (4pk)
Sourdough choc chip cookies $10 (4pk)
Peanut Butter cookies $15 (10pk) that's $1.50 per cookie made with real, grass fed butter :)
Zesty Zuc relish, a little spicy, a lot good $8 jar
Dried herbs from our very own garden $3 baggie, spray free.
Extra sweet treats for individual sale - look for our post on Saturday morning to see what's up for grabs.
***Our classic sourdough is a blend of white & wholemeal flour, salt & water, slow ferment, real bread, real simple.

Big shout out to Alex’s Market Garden this morning.
We buy any veg seedlings we haven't started ourselves from Alex, have done so for a while now.
We always have success with the seedlings and can highly recommend 👌
The first of our brocolli for the season and it's a beauty.
Get on it people, you want be disappointed.
You will find Alex at the Warwick Farmers-Market along with many other great stall holders. Drop by and take a look.
Cornerstone Pantry is at the market fortnightly, next bake day is Sat 27th June when we will be attending.

OK pantry friends, a quick update following on from my Thai red chili paste making session this morning.
We decided to try some tonight and hello 🥵🥵
Delicious, hot as but did I mention delicious.
We both whimped out a little by adding some Greek yoghurt to tame the heat a little 😅
Authentic flavours and something we will certainly enjoy again but perhaps just not as much of the paste next time 🤔

Happy FriYay pantry friends.
Today in the pantry I am using up a few of our red chilis.
First up is Thai red chili paste and I have to say it smells amazing, I can't wait to try it.
Chilis from our garden, lemon grass and ginger grown by Ruth one of our beautiful pantry friends.
I really enjoy being productive and using up all that we are blessed with. One jar for the fridge, one for the freezer.
Are you a fan of hot & spicy??? let me know and don't be afraid to share the funny stories like when over summer just gone Blair decided our chilis "didn't look very hot" so he picked on straight from the plant and took a huge bite, his expression was priceless and it took some time for him to get over that one. Needless to say I don't think he will be that presumptuous again 😅🌶️🌶️🌶️ 💥

After a great day at Warwick Farmers-Market we are back in Allora and I needed a bite to eat.
Haoulumi, onion, egg, mayo & chilli sauce on our own toasted sourdough.
Yum, yum.
Now I best wash the massive pile of tea towels and aprons from this week's bake.
