Good morning pantry friends.
I have had conversations with a few of our market regulars of late regarding my partner Blair and his 'job' many are surprised to learn that this cheeky, fun loving man is a successful author.
I would love Blair to bring some of his books to the market and have a space to share with our local community. Believe it or not Blair can be shy when it comes to speaking about himself, finding excuses not to bring a spot light to what he does.
I make this post without permission and giving no warning to the man but I believe his talent is worth talking about and sharing.

Break the fast today...
Sourdough toast, cauliflower, brocoli, carrot and Brussels sprouts in a baked cheese sauce with our very own chili sauce and rocket.
A delicious way to wake up our tummies for the day.

Saturday night after Warwick Farmers-Market equals simple dinner here at the pantry.
You can't beat a fresh sourdough sandwich.
Home grown cherry tomatoes, Home made pickled beetroot, crisp lettuce, tasty cheese and a splash of mayo.
Delicious, simple and tasty.
Hope you enjoyed your dinner whatever you had.

Thank you pantry friends for another great day at Warwick Farmers-Market the wind was cold and the sky mostly grey but you still came out and supported your local market.
It may seem corny but honestly me and Blair just love this market community and we look forward to seeing everyone each fortnight.

Sourdough choc chip cookies and relish is all that's left.

We will be at Warwick Farmers-Market tomorrow Saturday 30th until sold out.
Get in early, some stuff just flies off the table.
It is going to be a super day, see you there from 7am.

A bit happening in the pantry today.
Cinnamon scrolls dough is made and now resting in the fridge till they are formed, proved and baked tomorrow afternoon/evening.
Sourdough bagels are next on the list, the starter looks great so they should turn out well.
Our bagel dough is made, proved , weighed out, shaped and formed today then we have a second rise at which point the bagels are boiled briefly and once cooled they go into the fridge for a sleep till tomorrow evening when they will be baked.
We don't rush our processes here at the pantry, slow and steady gives us the results we are aiming for.
