Another 33 new friends rolled into Alpha today for lunch and a show at the Music Hall.

We did our very best to make their stop at Alpha memorable. So far, nobody has asked for a refund and nobody fell asleep during the music.

We sent everyone away with an expanded waistline, a happy heart and a tune stuck in their head for the next 300 km.

Happy Days at Pete Tilse's Old Time Music Hall....where the calories don't count and the applause is worth more than money!

“Here we are again… happy as can be… all good pals and jolly good company.”

Another 35 folks joined the ranks of the Alpha Western Songsterrs today — two hours of pure joy, happy faces, and handshakes all round. The show rolled out seamlessly, every piece falling into place .

Amazing what can be accomplished with a little help from good friends.

It’s another win for Alpha town, and it’s a privilege for me to host, greet, and welcome everyone who walks through those doors.

What an honor to host special guests from Barcaldine who journeyed to Alpha for a day of song at the Music Hall. It was a heartwarming reunion. They reminisced about dancing in Barcaldine where both my mother and grandmother once graced the stage, and I feel ever so grateful to continue their legacy as the third generation. A great day.
