💛BALLINA...THE TIME HAS COME🩵

After 3.5 incredible years, we've made the difficult decision that Big Nay's Kebabs & Burgers will no longer be trading weekly in Ballina.

Like many small businesses, we're feeling the effects of increasing food costs, fuel prices and the ever-growing expenses that come with running a business. But if there's one thing we've always done as a family, it's adapt, pivot and do what's right for us when life changes direction.

Family has always come first for us, and as life continues to evolve, we're choosing to evolve with it 🙌🏻

The good news? This isn't goodbye..

We still have our lease on this amazing Ballina location for the rest of the year, so instead of weekly trading, we'll be popping up randomly throughout the year.
Keep an eye on our page because you never know when or where Big Nay's might appear next!

This change isn't just for Ballina either — it's part of a bigger shift for Big Nay's Kebabs & Burgers as we navigate the next chapter of our food trailer journey.

To every loyal customer, every familiar face, every family who supported us week after week and every friendship we've made along the way —

After the last few weeks, we know this isn't the news anyone wants to hear, and we genuinely appreciate your patience and understanding..

The good news is that Big Nay is doing just fine this time! Unfortunately, Boss Lady has medical appointments today and with Miss Karidee still out of action, we're simply unable to open the trailer..

We're incredibly grateful for all the support you've shown us lately and we're looking forward to getting back to serving you all as soon as possible.

🚨 Surprise of the trip home... a flat battery! 😂🔋

After two awesome days at the Maclean Harvest Festival, the car decided it wanted a little extra attention before heading home.

A quick jump start and we're back on the road! 🚗💨

Thanks to everyone who came out, grabbed a feed, had a chat, and supported us over the weekend. We appreciate every one of you!

The festivities kick off tomorrow with Beef, Beats & Eats, followed by the Cane Harvest Festival on Saturday!

We'll be soaking up all the action alongside the food trucks, markets, live music, entertainment and of course plenty of great community spirit..

Whether you're coming for the food, the parade, the music, or just a great day out with family and friends, there's something for everyone.

Unfortunately, we won't be opening in Ballina today 🫣

Big Nay may have slightly overestimated his abilities this week after having his infusion, he had a bit of an episode last night with his vision and head, which is a clear sign that it's time to slow down and rest..

As disappointing as it is to miss today, health comes first..
