The secret = 1 tsp McKenzie’s Bi-Carb Soda

Steps:
1. Bring a pot of water to a boil
2. Add 1 tsp of McKenzie’s Bi-Carb Soda
3. Add Brussels sprouts & boil until slightly tender
4. Drain & lightly smash
5. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper & your favourite seasonings
6. Air fry until crispy & golden
7. Enjoy the crunch!
