T-Bone, Silverside, Topside, Rump, BBQ Steak, Osso Bucco, Rump and Pork Chops.

Our meat is raised naturally stress free on our humble property in Amiens ( a few kilometers outside of Stanthorpe) where they feed delightfully from our pastures.

Our cattle and pigs are personally delivered direct to a licensed Abattoir where it is then forwarded to be professionally butchered and portioned.

$50 Mixed Meat Box

Introducing our $50 Mixed Meat box, containing Beef and Pork.
Approximately 3kg combined (averaging $16.66 kg)
🐄 Beef Sausages and Diced Beef
🐖 Pork Chop, Bacon & Ham (* Note Ham not in picture as is sliced fresh off the Leg)

This is a smaller selection of our cuts for meal time staples, which are cryovaced into small portions for your convenience.

Our cattle is mainly Black Angus and Brangus. We slaughter our cattle between the 200kg and 250kg weight range. This being a huge point of difference between us and our competitors.
Cuts of meat will be smaller and more tender.
Our pigs are raised 100% on grass, fruit & vegetables, unlike other sources that are bulked up with grain.

As we are a small farm that only has our meat butchered when needed, at this stage our meat will be frozen shortly after we receive in order to maintain freshness. Our aim in time, is to be able to offer both fresh and frozen options.
Our meat box will also be offering Lamb down the track.

Upon ordering, delivery or pick up can be arranged on a customer to customer basis.
