🍎 An apple a day really does keep the doctor away! This crunchy, sweet favorite is one of the easiest—and healthiest—habits you can add to your daily routine.

Here is what happens to your body when you enjoy a fresh apple every single day: 🍏

Supercharges digestion: Packed with pectin, a natural fiber that feeds good gut bacteria.
Protects your heart: Soluble fiber helps lower cholesterol and keep arteries clear. ❤
Manages blood sugar: Natural antioxidants slow down sugar absorption for steady energy.
Supports weight goals: High water and fiber content keeps you feeling full for longer. 💪
Defends your immune system: Loaded with Vitamin C and compounds that fight inflammation.

Grab a crisp apple for your afternoon snack, slice one into your morning oats, or pair it with your favorite nut butter. Your health will thank you! 🍏✨

After a long day at work yesterday our newest recruit decided to grab a lift in one of our vans rather then walk home!!

Staff were very surprised and excited to see this little guy had crawled on in to their van expecting a free lift!

The Koala was safely removed from the van and released where he scurried off and climbed up the nearest tree!

🍓 Did you know that strawberries are an absolute powerhouse for your health, on top of being delicious? Adding a cup of these sweet berries to your day is a massive win for your body.

Here is why you should load up your shopping trolley with them this week:

Immunity Booster: Just one serving gives you more vitamin C than an orange to keep your immune system strong. 💪

Heart Hero: Packed with antioxidants and potassium that help lower blood pressure and protect your cardiovascular health. ❤️‍🩹

Gut Friendly: High in both soluble and insoluble fiber to keep your digestion smooth and feed your good gut bacteria.

Glowing Skin: The natural vitamin C boosts collagen production, giving your skin a healthy, natural glow.

Low Calorie: Completely satisfies your sweet tooth with zero guilt, containing only about 50 calories per cup.
