Excel Farms was proud to attend the Marcus Oldham Careers Day, with Carolyn Wheeler (HR Manager), Louise Cooper (Business Analyst) and Jack Liston (Graduate Program participant) representing our team.
It was fantastic to connect with so many students and discuss the diverse career pathways available at Excel Farms, including our Graduate Program, work placements and seasonal employment opportunities.
Jack shared his journey as the first participant in the Excel Farms Graduate Program, from completing seeding at the Murrayville Aggregation to gaining experience at Head Office and later heading to Western Australia for harvest.
Louise spoke with students interested in analyst career pathways, while Carolyn discussed the many opportunities available across our business.
A big thank you to Marcus Oldham for hosting a great event. We enjoyed meeting the next generation of agricultural professionals and sharing what a career at Excel Farms can look like.
