As the season changes, so does the table.
With the arrival of spring, longer days and warmer evenings invite a lighter way of cooking and gathering.
The slow, comforting dishes that carried us through winter begin to give way to the heat of the grill. Steaks cooked over an open flame, beautifully prepared chicken and fresh seasonal accompaniments take their place at the table.
And at the centre of it all, our Spring Lamb Shoulder, marinated in a fragrant blend of smoked and sweet paprika, garlic, onion, sherry vinegar, confit garlic, fresh rosemary and lemon zest.
Slow-cooked, generous in flavour and made for sharing, it arrives ready to heat and serve, a taste of Victor Churchill at home.
Served with potato gratin, roasted vegetables and chimichurri, it’s a complete meal for the table.
Spring cooking is about simplicity, freshness and making the most of exceptional ingredients.
A new season has arrived at Victor Churchill.
