I will closed from 9th January and re-open
for trading from Saturday 4th February 2023.

Unfortunately due to the rising cost of goods and ingredients I have to raise my prices effective from 22nd November.
Any orders placed on and after 22nd November will be subject to new prices.

今月号は、携帯でご愛読いただけるように意識して、フォントサイズやレイアウトを読みやすくリサイズしてみました。

4月18日から始まったデジタル版チアーズは、毎月試行錯誤を繰り返しながらも、確実に前進しています。11月号からは、インタビューや特集の内容に磨きをかけ、また、絶対に読まないと耐えられないようなコンテンツをドロップしたいと考えています。

いま、弊誌には皆様の声が必要です。より多くの方へ有益な情報を届けられる媒体になるために、皆様からのアイデア、提案、指摘をぜひお聞かせください。

Sold frozen.
Defrost in the fridge and warm up in the oven 180°C for about 10mins untill crisp.

As some of you may already know, my cakes are now available at Oh! Matcha in city. (Inside Regent Place on George Street)
These cakes are specially created for the cafe and it's all individual cakes. There are two version of Mont blanc, Chestnut and Matcha. Matcha opera and more new cakes to come.
