At Subsea, our w**emaking moves in a cycle of rising and submerging… 🔄⬇️⬆️

Each time, we place our trust in the ocean, the maritime season and Mother Nature herself, hoping for something exceptional. A gift from the sea.

After a busy week of vats surfacing and making their way to the w**ery, everything now flows the other way, from the w**ery back to the ocean.

The team is pumped, smiles are abundant, and the vats are secured for another immersion below.

Adventure is at the heart of Subsea, so we’re trialling a few new varieties this time round. 🤩

From the sea to the w**ery.

For months, the Southern Ocean did the stirring.

Now the tides and swell pass it in to our w**emaker….
Emmanuel’s been busy blending and getting everything ready for bottling.

And by that big grin, he’s pretty happy with what the ocean handed back.

“I’m excited and impressed by the momentum behind Subsea Estate. It’s no longer just a project; it’s a true W**e Reef coming to life. It’s incredibly moving to see Subsea Estate bottles appearing on shelves and in bars across the country. I’m also blown away by the quality of the w**es from Immersion 3. I can’t wait to discover what Immersion 4 will bring and to continue this journey together!”
