This Friday, our amazing guest chef Fiona is going to teach us how to make ravioli! Come along to learn how to make a delicious spinach and ricotta ravioli with pesto sauce!

This Friday, Alex is going to walk us through one of Ottolenghi's most simple and delicious pastas, orzo with prawns and marinated feta. This is one of those dishes that comes across completely fancy, but can be made simply in one pot.

This Friday, Week 2 of our Pasta series and we are learning how to take an impressive shortcut in the kitchen, with Wonton Tortellini.
Do you want to be able to say "I made this pasta" without having to knead the dough? Robyn is going to show us how to be the fanciest, fuss-free cooks in town with this fun and simple pasta hack.

Guess who just turned 5 years old!!!
FLO - For the love of celebrated with a fantastic dinner party (of course!) That we cooked together, ate together and made enough to give away (of course!) We reminisced over a slideshow, competed over FLO Triva, and pulled off a mouthwatering Pancetta-Wrapped Roast Pork with Pear and Fennel after an entree of Ottolenghi Spiced Mashed Aubergine and Peas, followed up with Nigella Lawson Clementine Cake. We fed 17 at the table and made enough to gift 13 portions.
A HUGE thanks to our team of faithful leaders, guest cooks and fabulous participants who make work together to make FLO happen. We love this community!
