We're so excited for our first night of FLO for Term 4. Unfortunately our booking system is down, which has led to a breakdown in communication, particularly for our newcomers!
If you've registered to come tonight, we are excited to cook and eat with you.

6pm start, upstairs in The Hub community kitchen at Austinmer Anglican Church (49 Moore st Austinmer). Access is via the street rather than the carpark. Please reach out via FB if you have questions.

Our first workshop for the term is all about how food makes us GATHER.
When it's too hot to cook, or you want the perfect, delicious nibbles for an afternoon with friends, you can't beat decadent grazing boards, delicious dips, and flatbread.

And... somehow it's Term 4!
Daylight savings is here, the BBQs are on, and the premature launch of Christmas decorations in stores means that we're suddenly saying, "we should catch up before Christmas!"
The busy end of the year is always made better with GREAT food. Whether you're hosting friends and family, bringing a plate to a BBQ or enjoying a fancy picnic.
Our final four workshops for the year are designed for the season, as we will GATHER, SHARE, CELEBRATE, and FEAST together while making enough to give away.

This Friday, Alex is going to walk us through one of Ottolenghi's most simple and delicious pastas, orzo with prawns and marinated feta. This is one of those dishes that comes across completely fancy, but can be made simply in one pot.

This Friday, Week 2 of our Pasta series and we are learning how to take an impressive shortcut in the kitchen, with Wonton Tortellini.
Do you want to be able to say "I made this pasta" without having to knead the dough? Robyn is going to show us how to be the fanciest, fuss-free cooks in town with this fun and simple pasta hack.

Guess who just turned 5 years old!!!
FLO - For the love of celebrated with a fantastic dinner party (of course!) That we cooked together, ate together and made enough to give away (of course!) We reminisced over a slideshow, competed over FLO Triva, and pulled off a mouthwatering Pancetta-Wrapped Roast Pork with Pear and Fennel after an entree of Ottolenghi Spiced Mashed Aubergine and Peas, followed up with Nigella Lawson Clementine Cake. We fed 17 at the table and made enough to gift 13 portions.
A HUGE thanks to our team of faithful leaders, guest cooks and fabulous participants who make work together to make FLO happen. We love this community!
