It's always a pleasure celebrating the cream of the crop in our industry and this year's The Weekly Times Coles Farmer of Year Awards was no exception.

A huge congratulations to all finalists and winners, including Horticulture Farmers of the Year, Tripod Farmers Group based in Bacchus Marsh 👏

From humble beginnings, our parents immigrated from Italy with one suitcase in hand and a handful of lettuce seeds. They watered by hand and made rows straight, all with a keen eye.

Today, we share the same love and passion for farming but with automation to allow us to bring every bag, punnet and box of lettuce from our farm to your home.

We are incredibly grateful and privileged to have been nominated for such a prestigious award and thank The Weekly Times and Coles for being selected as the winner.

We also want to say thank you to all of our customers, suppliers and of course team Tripod who wake up day in and day out to make lettuce dreams happen! 💚🥬⭐️

🎄 Celebrating 15 Years of Hard Work and Dedication: Thank You, Van! 🎄

At our recent Christmas party, we had the pleasure of acknowledging Van for an incredible 15 years of service with Tripod Farmers! 🙌

Over the years, Van has done nearly every field task there is, from planting and weeding to harvest. Her versatility and willingness to take on any challenge have made her an invaluable member of the team. Van has also stepped in to help in the packing shed when needed, always bringing a positive and hardworking attitude to everything she does.

What truly stands out about Van is her friendly and polite nature. She’s always approachable and works well with everyone, making her a pleasure to have around. We deeply appreciate her dedication, hard work, and the positive energy she brings to the team.

Van, thank you for your 15 years of outstanding service and for all the contributions you’ve made to Tripod Farmers. We are lucky to have you as part of our team, and we look forward to many more years of working together!

Over the years, Frankie has worked across all the basic farm tasks, gaining a deep understanding of every part of the operation. Through dedication, experience, and hard work, he has grown into a wonderful manager and leader for Tripod Farmers and his team. His knowledge, guidance, and hands-on approach inspire those around him and play a vital role in our ongoing success.
