Nearly 10 years ago Paynesville Pantry Bacon Jam was created.

Multiple trials and variations were created over many months until I liked this final version.

Like all new flavours that have come out of HQ over the years, our Bacon Jam was first made up in my head, then small batches were tried with all different ingredients until perfected.

Creating new ideas is testing, frustrating, fun and fulfilling when they finally hit the shelves and our customers love the final product.
