If you've got a smoker, this is one you've got to try! Give your beef ribs a good coating of your favourite rub, then get them into the smoker at around 120°C and let time do the work. Smoke them low and slow until they're beautifully tender and the internal temperature is around 95°C.

Let them rest before slicing, then get stuck in! 🤤🔥

Good beef + smoke + patience. That's about all you need.
