It’s been over 20 years since we released a new variety. So, why Gamay?

Tucked behind our Balhannah Vineyard is a cool, south-facing slope with ironstone rich, free draining soils - made for slow ripening and bright, expressive fruit. Gamay felt like the natural fit.
