Never thought a morning truffle hunt would end up in a Queensland tourism campaign.
If you've been waiting for a sign to come and visit the Granite Belt, this might be it! 🍄🐾

Some seasons remind us that nature keeps its own schedule.

This winter, our soil temperatures are still not quite where they need to be, leaving us around two weeks behind this time last year (A pattern we're hearing from truffle growers in other regions too).

We know many of you are eagerly waiting for fresh truffles, and we truly appreciate your patience.

Our commitment has always been to harvest at peak ripeness, not according to the calendar. We'd rather wait a little longer than compromise on quality.

Around here, we trust the dogs' noses more than the date on the calendar. 🐶🍄

Thank you for supporting local farming and understanding that the very best truffles are worth waiting for. We promise we'll let you know as soon as they're ready.

This isn’t a factory. It’s our family farm.
Every truffle we grow carries the care of many hands, sometimes very small ones. From winter mornings in the truffière to muddy boots and shared discoveries, this is food grown slowly, season by season, by a family who loves what they do.

Here, truffles aren’t made on a production line — they’re nurtured in soil, found with patience, and harvested with heart.
