Also at the Kingsway Reserve with the new time of 5pm-9pm… perfect for the summer nights which have seem to come early.

Got my last session of the year at the Common Garage in Ballarat coming up this Friday!

Will have plenty of food including my smoked brisket, Mac and cheese, cornbread and more.

Last time I sold out of the Mac and Cheese early but I’m bringing double the stock this time!!!

Smoked and then braised, it gets the smoke flavour whilst being moist and juicy!!

Sweet, savoury, crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. The perfect sidekick to some slow-cooked BBQ!

Got a fun week this one, back at a few regular stomping grounds at the Kingsway, Cavalier and Seaford.

I’m super excited for them all but especially to head out to Balnarring for the Emu Plains Market!!

What a stunning way to spend my Saturday.

Thanks to everyone for coming last week, was my second best week on record so far!

Got a huge weekend coming up, let’s hope it’s dry and warm. A few regular spots in here but the new one at Bonbeach I’m most excited for.

Got the crazy Lost Woods Market which is always insane too.

Changing the branding over to black and orange, just suits the bbq style better (and orange is my favourite colour)
