Something a little different.
This picture is drawn from the Australian "Massey-Ferguson Review" newspaper published in November 1967.
On board the South Australian DPI's research vessel "Cape Baron" The TEA20 pictured, was used to power winches to retrieve prawning nets, using the rear axles fitted with drum spools.
Mechanical arrangements like this were common amongst the commercial prawning fleets across Australia, usually employing English built Massey Ferguson, International & Ford tractors as the power plant, because of their simplicity and reliability.
