Pre-order chef-prepared Christmas roasts to serve at home - premium cuts, expertly seasoned and cooked so that Christmas lunch feels generous, relaxed and genuinely memorable.
This year’s Christmas roast offering includes
Whole apricot, pine nut and basil stuffed porcetta
Half apricot, pine nut and basil stuffed porcetta
8-hour slow-cooked Waubra lamb shoulder, studded with confit garlic and fresh rosemary

You can complete your table with a selection of chef-made salads, prepared in the same kitchen and ready to serve.
