We started with five b**rs. We certainly didn't stop there.
Ten years on, we have 12 taps, a much bigger range and seasonals that come and go.
Right now it's Steam Ale and our returning Weizen. Coming next is our first Spring seasonal, a Munich Dunkel: a traditional dark l***r.
Our 10th Birthday celebrations finish this Sunday. The next adventure is already brewing.

We started with five taps and five b**rs.
Ten years on, we have 12 taps, a much bigger range and seasonal b**rs that come and go. We've learnt a lot, brewed a lot, and discovered plenty of new favourites along the way.
But these are the five that started it all: Australian Pale, Weizen, Extra Special Bitter, Oatmeal Stout, and American Brown Ale.
We've brought back our Weizen to commemorate our 10th Birthday with our Original Five. We couldn't celebrate without it.
So, ten years after that first photo, we took another.
The Original Five are together again. Five 120ml samples for $10.

We change the label, not the b**r.
Our little Birthday batch of Weizen was more efficient than expected. Instead of its usual 4.5%, it came in at 5.4%.
We could've added water to hit the target, but loved it so much how it was, we used cuttings of old label stock to make the can fit the b**r.
Look closely, you'll spot the evidence.

One of the Original Five is back.
When Cubby Haus began brewing ten years ago, Weizen was there from the start. You can still find its original stubby label framed on the wall in our bar.
For our 10th Birthday, Weizen is back.
Try it as part of the Original Five flight, or enjoy a schooner or pint, all for $10 each.

Cubby Haus Brewing is turning 10!
Ten years ago this month, we opened the doors to our little brewery in Ballarat.
A lot has changed since 2016, but we're still here brewing b**r, making food and welcoming people through the door.
So we think that's worth celebrating.
Starting this Friday, we're celebrating our 10th birthday over three weekends, with a little help from Oktoberfest.
Whether you've been coming here for years, discovered us recently, or haven't visited for a while, we'd love to see you again.
The celebrations start Friday 18 September.

Batch 42 brings the dry bitterness and earthy hops of an English IPA.
Pavlova is crisp, bold and fruit-driven in the West Coast tradition.
Brain Freeze turns the hops up with the juicy softness of a NEIPA.

Batch 42 is dry, bitter, earthy and unmistakably English.
Brain Freeze is juicy, smooth and bursting with tropical fruit.
One loaded with hops for a long journey. The other because American brewers wondered just how far hops could go.

Meet the other IPAs.
Batch 42 English IPA and Brain Freeze NEIPA are back in cans.
One is dry, bitter and grounded in English tradition, with earthy hops, pine and a solid malt backbone.
The other is big, juicy and gloriously modern, packed with pineapple, passion fruit, peach and lime.
Same three letters, two very different b**rs.
