I've been dreaming about this one for YEARS!! 🍪🔥

One of the things I'm most excited about with the trailer is finally bringing some of my "one day" ideas to life.

This particular dessert item has literally been sitting on my special "post euro trip goals" sticky note since 2016!! 🤯

It was finally perfected during those sleep deprived newborn days with Liam (you might remember seeing the post 😉), but even then it still wasn't the right time.

I've always wanted to serve this one crazy fresh and I've learnt over the years that not every idea needs to happen straight away. Sometimes you need to wait until it fits your life, your family and your business.

Well, that time is almost here!! After years of waiting, testing and perfecting, it's finally getting a spot on the trailer menu and we can't wait for you to try it!!

And yes, before anyone asks.... this plate weighed 2.7kg and my arm was absolutely fighting for its life trying to get this photo. 😂💪🏻

Tomorrow night is a big one! It's the last time you'll be ordering Sweet As El desserts directly from our kitchen before we launch our dessert trailer! 🥳🚚

Cookie bake lovers, this is your sign to order tomorrow. While we're doing everything we can to keep bakes available once the trailer launches, we're still working through a few teething issues behind the scenes, so tomorrow night might be your best chance to grab one!

The relief is REAL. 😂🙌🏻

I know to most people this probably just looks like a fridge/freezer, but to me, it feels like a lifeline.

Our wholesale orders have never been busier, online orders are keeping us flat out and we're getting closer and closer to launching our dessert trailer (which still doesn't feel real 😭✨).

What started in our kitchen is about to take a huge step forward. Soon we'll be taking Sweet As El out into the community, opening up more opportunities to share our desserts during the day and at night.

It's all incredibly exciting, but it's also growing very, very quickly. And honestly, I've had one too many moments over the last few weeks wondering how on earth I'm going to make everything fit so I knew that something had to change and FAST!

So today, this beauty arrived (our second one - highly recommended, they are fab). Massive thank you to The Good Guys for the incredible customer service and next day delivery - you've made one very stressed business owner extremely happy. 👏🏻

This is definitely not one of the most glamorous parts of running a business, but it's one of the things that will help make this next chapter possible and I feel like this achievement deserved a spot on the grid. 🤍

YES, DESSERT NIGHT IS THIS FRIDAY!!

And honestly, it's going to be a pretty big one!! 🥹

Why? Because this will be our LAST WEEK offering dessert pre-orders, delivery and click & collect from our registered kitchen for a little while, as we get ready for our next chapter to take our trailer on the road. 🚚💨

So, if you've been thinking about ordering Friday night desserts, we'd highly recommend jumping online tomorrow night when pre-orders open at 7pm and locking it in (limited spaces available as always).

Cookie bake lovers, this is especially your sign!! 👀

We've also got some exciting menu changes coming soon, but we're still working through a few final details behind the scenes before they're ready to launch! 🤩🤌🏻

It's honestly all so exciting and so incredibly terrifying the closer it gets, but we're so grateful to have you all along for the ride.

MID WEEK MINIS 🍪😍

It's been a busy morning making mini cookies!

These little beauties headed off to make someone's day a little sweeter today. Featuring Kinder, M&M and Choc Chunk Minis. 🤤

Fun fact: these little boxes are one of my favourite orders to make because every cookie is hand weighed, hand rolled and baked fresh to order (just the way I like them).

BIG THINGS ARE COMING... 🍪🚚

As many of you know, we've spent years serving up cookies and desserts from our registered kitchen. Now, we're getting ready to take Sweet as El on the road! I'M SO EXCITED (and crazy nervous haha)! 🤩

The trailer is nearly ready and we're starting to plan where we'll be popping up around Ballarat and surrounding areas.

In saying this, we are calling on our incredible Sweet As El community for some help! 🤍👇🏻

Guys... we genuinely thought we had enough stock for tonight's King's Birthday Nightlife Market 😭

Not even two hours in and we completely sold out.

We are absolutely blown away right now (and completely shookith if you can't tell by my stories haha).
