The excellent will be delivering a whole stack of sandwich specials to the distillery door over the weekend - toasted fresh in house.

is back from 2-5pm (or until sold out), serving up their Yorkshire pudding wraps.

Pull up a chair. We're here to take away your Winter blues with a line up of winter-inspired cocktails, that are sure to make you linger longer.

Speaking of lineup, Karlo Arcinue will be performing at the distillery door at 3pm on Sunday with his calming baritone voice and 70's folk style repertoire.

On Saturday Brit Bite will be serving up the best of Sunday Roasts with their Yorkshire pudding wraps - roast beef or pork, cauliflower cheese, roast potatoes and enough gravy to keep Paul Kelly satisfied.

The Ballarat Heritage Festival is almost here, and we’ve got not one but TWO ways to celebrate with us this weekend.

Saturday 23 May @ Sovereign Hill
We’re bringing a handpicked selection of our spirits to the Heritage Harvest Weekend market - come find us at the main Market Village marquee. Then at 12:30, Chris is taking the reins for a guided tasting of our award-winning gins and liqueurs. Stick around and he’ll walk you through making our Raspberry Drop Fizz cocktail. No prior cocktail experience required - just enthusiasm.

For the proper nerds
Later that afternoon (2-4pm), Chris will be back at the distillery running a guided tour through the hidden histories of Ballarat distilling. Introducing our first Larrikin of the Month

Some people have the world at their feet; Hollywood, a Marvel franchise, the kind of career most people only dream about; and they choose Australia. A farm, horses, motorbikes, and surf.

That’s our kind of larrikin.

This month we’re raising a glass to Chris Hemsworth, who recently packed up his family from Los Angeles, came home, and called it the greatest decision he’s ever made. To dirt roads, open skies, and the kind of life that actually matters.

We’ve got some exciting news; Kilderkin Distillery is heading to Heritage Harvest Weekend at !

Join us at the Harvest Market on 23-24 May at Sovereign Hill, Ballarat, alongside over 20 regional producers, makers, and artisans.

Come find us in the main market village marquee, try something delicious, and soak up everything that makes Ballarat’s food and drink scene so special.

There’s also live cooking demos with and , kids’ crafts, market stalls, and loads of local flavour.

Every bottle of Kilderkin is made with a lot of heart, a few hard lessons, and more than fifteen years of dreaming.

We’re Chris and Rebecca, and back in 2016 we finally stopped dreaming and started distilling. From a small inner-suburb warehouse in Ballarat, we’ve been crafting gin, whisky, vodka and liqueurs ever since; spirits with a bit of larrikin in every drop.

If you haven’t visited us yet, come in. We’d love to pour you something to remember.
