Bluefin Tuna for tonight's cook, given to me by the bloke who caught it.
Had absolutely ZERO idea what i was doing with this, completely winged it, but it turned out pretty well
Tuna steak seasoned with just a bit of pepperberry salt, grilled on the big green egg with some lemons along side it, and served as a Tuna sushi bowl. Might get a full reel together at some point.
